ESummit 2025 – The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of RVITM fosters innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Its flagship event, E-Summit 2025, encourages students to ideate, innovate, and lead.
The summit bridges academia and industry through real-world business challenges. The event included a series of activities to promote entrepreneurial thinking. This event was organised on 13th and 14th Nov 2025.

The Toyota Hackathon 2025, organised by Toyota Kirloskar Motors in association with Bal Raksha Bharat, took place on February 13th and 14th, 2025, at RVITM in Bengaluru. The event aimed to engage students from grades 8 to 12, fostering innovation and problem-solving skills in young minds. The hackathon saw enthusiastic participation from schools across the region, with RVITM students mentoring the participants.

A 5-Day Hands-On workshop on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, in association with Reverse Engineering Infosec, Bengaluru, and the IEEE Bangalore Section, was conducted from 17 th to 21 st September 2024, with 84 participants from various branches of RVITM. Mr. Samarth Bhaskar Bhat, Technical Director of Reverse Engineering Infosec, was the resource person for the workshop.

The Toyota Hackathon 2024, organised by Toyota Kirloskar Motors, unfolded on February 3rd and 4th, 2024, at RVITM. Aimed at students in grades 9 to 12, the event saw enthusiastic participation from schools across Bangalore.
The hackathon focused on key themes crucial to road safety and community engagement. Participants delved into topics such as School Zone Safety, Road Safety Awareness and Education, Community Engagement for Safety, IOT/ICT in Road Safety, Inclusivity on Roads, and Policy Improvement under the Motor Vehicles Act 1988.

FDP: A 3-Day Faculty Development Programme on CYBER SECURITY ”(as per VTU 4 th Sem Syllabus BCY402 and BICL404) was conducted from 1st to 3rd April, 2024 in which 30 participants from various colleges participated.
The objective of this FDP was designed to empower faculty members with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of cyber security and impart this critical knowledge to their students, in the issues, challenges of Cyber Security and provide the possible solutions for the same.
