Department of Information Science and Engineering organized a workshop on Hardware to Software from 8^th to 9^th march 2021. The inauguration of the workshop started at 8^th march 2021 at 10 AM. The Program started with an introduction of the Hardware to Software by the student Rashmi S of 1^st Semester ISE. An Invocation song was given by the student Akshaya B and Venugopal of 1^st Semester of ISE and ME. A Welcome Speech was given by Dr. Prathima Guruprasad, HoD, Dept. of ISE, RVITM followed by Lighting the Lamp by the Dignitaries. Presidential address by Dr, Jayapal R Principal, RVITM. The brief description about the workshop was given by Dr. Patel MS Associate Professor, ISE Dept. Introduction to resource person was given by Aadhya S 1^st Semester ISE. The keynote address by resource person Mr Suresh R, proprietor Softcare Computer Solutions, Bangalore at last vote of thanks was given by Sushmitha J 1^st Semester ISE.

            The First day of the first session was held on 8^th march 2021 after the inaugural function at 11 am to 1:15 pm and the second session between 2 pm to 4 pm. The program was conducted as per the schedule. ISE students of the 1^st semester chemistry cycle was participated in the workshop. The second session was started at 2 pm and there they learnt how to install Operating system in different hardware platform. They learnt how to install windows 10, windows 7 and ubuntu.

The Second day of the first session was held on 9^th march 2021 exactly at 10 am to 1:15 pm. In this the first-year chemistry cycle of ECE and ME students were participated. They learnt the different parts of hardware and types of processors, RAM, types of printers. In second session they learnt how to install Operating system and how to install dual operating system in system.
