Webinar was started at 11.30 am by Invocation song by Ms. Disha B, student of 3rd Sem of Electronics and Communication branch. Followed by Welcome speech our beloved principal Dr. Jayapal R, he welcomed the guest and informed about advances in the field of Nanomaterial applications in the field of electronics and communication. Introduction of the guest was given by Mechanical Department HOD Dr. K. M. Nataraja, and he informed about the guest achievements in the field of his academics and research works.
After the introduction of the guest speaker, session was handled by our guest speaker Dr. Nagaraj R Banapurmath and he explained about application of Nano particles in the field of cooling applications. He further continued with the different types of nano particles which are used for mixing of cooling fluids and their properties. Next he explained about the applications of nano particles in the field of Energy. Particularly, by mixing Nano particles with IC engine fuel, how these fuels improve the performance of the engine and reduce the emissions. At the end of webinar he explained about how properties of the composites changes with addition of nano particles. Webinar was concluded by vote of thanks given by Dr. Lokesh P. Assistant professor Mechanical engineering department. Webinar was compeered by Mr. Abhay Surya Mahesh of 3rd semester Mechanical student. Programme ends at 1.00 pm.
